  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon brown mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (vegetarian if you have it)
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese (extra-, freshly shredded)
  • 1 can beer (an amber is good – I used Yuengling)
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
