Ohh yeahhh! Hubby and I love this recipe. I don’t have a big enough slow cooker so I use a big pot and boil everything on high for 5 mins then cover and let it simmer on medium for about 1 hour (quicker & similar results). Also, you can use just about any tubed meat of your choosing and it still tastes awesome.
For keto version: I use keto buns, stevia+cinnamon+vanilla extract in place of brown sugar, and any low carb beer, soda, or tea.

This is too good for words I cut the sausage into small bites and split the bread and poured it over and it was amazing....not a fan of sauerkraut or kielbasa either but husband likes it and now it is a favorite in this home!

I used only 3/4 c brown sugar and india pale ale beer because thats wgat I had. Got lots of compliments; it was tender and juicy Good recipe!

Very good, but way too sweet! The kielbasa was nice and juicy, but the sauerkraut was wayyyy too sweet. I will definitely make this again, but I will probably use 1/4 cup brown sugar (or maybe even less!) instead of the full cup.
