Totally delish dish made some minor adjustments since I didn’t have beer in the house aI used the half bottle of Pino Nior from the fridge. I also added celery and lots of garlic was extra good and wish I had some crusty bread to mop up the juices. Also used more potatoes and chopped baby carrots to add more vegetables. I made bone broth by boiling steak bones for hours added carrots, celery, bay leaves and peppercorns, strain and reboil the broth with 1/3 cup of tomato paste, salt and fresh ground black pepper, a pinch of red pepper and it created magical beef bone broth. Would highly recommend this dish cooks up in the oven which is amazingly easy.
