- 2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. fennel seeds
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. table salt (regular)
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper (regular)
- veggies (For Sautéed)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 red onion (small to medium, sliced or chopped)
- 1/2 red cubanelle pepper (small sweet, can sub any color of bell pepper)
- 1 jalapeño (small fresh, finely chopped,, *for less heat you can remove the seeds and membranes, can sub jarred pickled jalapeños)
- 3 garlic cloves (very finely minced)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (and provolone blend cheese)
- 1/2 cup sharp white cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup asiago (finely grated)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. mayo (heavy)
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream (thick, such as Daisy)
- 3 Tbsp. blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. juice concentrate (lemon)
- 1/16 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 4 Tbsp. pizza sauce (per burger, as much as you like, *I used my Easy Quick Pizza Sauce recipe)
- pepperoni (mini slices or chopped from whole, *I used about 25 mini ones per burger)
- sliced black olives
- shredded lettuce
- sliced tomato
- peppered
- 4 rolls kaiser (such as, brioche or pretzel,, *split, slathered with garlic butter, and grilled or toasted)
