Very good and very easy. Makes juicy, flavorful chicken pieces on a smoker, at 250 degrees for two hours. Brine is simple to make. Be sure to dry off chicken with paper towel and sprinkle with your favorite rub or bbq seasoning. This beer brine chicken is milder than many recipes for Cajun or other really spicey chicken, but that’s exactly what I was trying for. My family liked it!!
