These were very good, although didn't fully follow the recipe. I seared Oktoberfest sausages first, then caramelized 3 cooking onions, and threw in some cabbage. For the braising liquid, used dill instead of caraway seeds and added some whole grain mustard. Added sausages back in and simmered for about 25 to 30 min.
