- 1 tsp. seafood seasoning ([i.e. Seafood Magic, Old Bay or similar])
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 beer ([12] oz)
- 6 cups peanut oil (for frying [approximately])

This is a great recipe! The onion rings had a wonderful crunch. I might up the seasoning a little next time. I used avocado oil in place of the peanut oil, and I didn’t have buttermilk so I used a little lemon juice to sour the milk.

Wow! After the recipe would stay visible on the app, things went a lot smoother... I substituted grape seed oil for peanut oil, then strained and saved the used oil. The onion rings were amazing!
