Phenomenal!!! Definitely will be making this more often! No need to spend lots of money on take out fish and chips! Go to recipe for sure

Perfect! Batter was easy to apply to fish and turned out crispy and light. Added a dash of lemon pepper and middle east black lime to mix. Used coconut-safflower oil. Really happy with results.
