We love this soup. It is now a go to for something quick and easy in our house.

quick, easy, and filling... perfect busy week night family friendly meal. I usually have left overs so I found that the noodles get soggy if added to the soup while cooking. I prefer to keep the noodles separate and pour the soup on top. noodles stay firm and perfect.
