- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 jar Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream (low fat)
- 16 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup queso fresco cheese (crumbled)

Directions
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet and brown ground beef. Stir in onion cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 6 minutes. Remove beef mixture to large bowl; set aside.
- Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet over medium heat and cook garlic, stirring frequently, 30 seconds. Stir in Pasta Sauce and simmer covered 4 minutes. Remove from heat, then stir in sour cream. Stir 1 cup sauce into beef mixture.
- Spread 1/2 cup sauce mixture in 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Arrange 6 tortillas on sauce mixture. Evenly top with beef mixture, then remaining tortillas and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with cheese
- Cover with foil and bake until enchiladas are heated through and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
