I really enjoyed this soup.
All of the ingredients were not in my fridge and made some substitutions.
However I did the same seasoning.
Definitely will make it again!

It turned out very well! I used Xtra lean ground beef rather than cubed beef. I also used more of the sazon seasoning to give it a bit more flavor. While typically we prefer more "heat" when using quinoa, the more subtle flavors of this soup was a pleasant change. We'll probably make this again.

It was alright - their spice ratio was not ideal (definitely needs more than the recommended amount) and I’d recommend similarly increasing the amount of beef. Otherwise it’s a great foundation for a hearty soup!

I substituted farro because I realized I didn't have enough quinoa on hand. It was super good, came out quite thick, almost like stew. Would definitely make again.

Great! Made some substitutions...used what I had on hand. Was great with venison. I used extra Sazon seasoning. The quinoa thickened the soup nicely.
