Ingredients

- 8 oz. lean ground beef
- 8 oz. mixed vegetables (frozen Italian style)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. egg noodles (dried no-yolk)
- 2 Tbsp. plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Head a nonstick Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook the beef for 8 to 10 minutes, or until no longer pink. Pour into a colander and rinse under hot water to remove excess fat. Drain well. Wipe the Dutch oven and return the beef to the pan.
- Stir in the vegetables, water, broth, mustard, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Stir in the noodles.
- Bake, covered for 30 minutes
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese
