It turned out extremely good! I love Mexican food. I'm Cajun but I enjoy trying to cook different dishes from other cultures. I love that Mexican food usually has a handful of simple ingredients that are easily found at our local grocery stores. I also like that it's not complicated to make this dish and there are so many different ways you can accent it with different garnishes and fresh sides... Thanks for these great recipes and instruction that's easy to understand. I'll definitely be trying more recipes from just a pinch!

Very good. Takes a bit to get it all together but well worth the wait! For fewer servings just cut all ingredients in half. I used ground venison so it was healthier but still very tasty.
