- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. five spice powder (optional)
- 4 cups broccoli florets (300g)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil (divided)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. ginger (grated/minced, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with 3 tablespoons water)

This is the best recipe if you love beef in oyster sauce, as I do. I make 1 small change, and swap the oyster sauce for 1/2 oyster sauce and 1/2 abalone sauce, exquisite! I could have this every day, thanks to the team at Woks of Life.
