This was a huge hit in my home. I added a dash of black bean and garlic sauce to give it a little extra flair. Will definitely make this again.

Turned out good. I subbed cornstarch with flour and added some meat seasoning.

This dish turned out as advertised, Excellent! I did make a couple of changes one due to necessity and one for preference. The first change is I had an extra pound of Angus Choice Top Rnd that my local Meijer Meat Cutter cit for me today because I’m also making Beef Jerky for a friend. This is what I used and the slices were approximately 1/8” or less thick. Using the directions for preparing this worked perfectly. Very tender and tasty! My second change was Instead of adding the 1/3 cup of water only I also added a 1/3 cup of Kilimanjaro Rice Vinegar. It gave the dish a clean slight tart flavor. I believe in future preps, I may cut the Rice Vinegar back just a smidge to make it a bit milder.
Thanks for the recipe, it a was hit!

This was really easy to make and my kids loved it. Definitely recommended for beginners. Also if you just want to make something easy.
