This was BEYOND delicious :) one of my favorites! I love the earthy taste the bean sprouts gave in pair with the beef… I used a beautiful marbled cut of rib eye! Solid 5 star dish!

I absolutely love this recipe. Very authentic tasting korean food. My husband is korean and loved the taste of it. I didn’t use any extra seasonings at all. Make sure you are using great quality ingredients, or the flavor won’t be there. I use 100% korean products from my local asian market.

I think salt should be added to the meat before cooking. Not enough flavor for me but overall good.
