- 2 Tbsp. English mustard
- 8 slices parma ham
- 500 grams puff pastry
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 handful flour (for dusting)

- 300 grams button mushrooms (cut in half)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 bay leaf

- 1 handful sage leaves (roughly chopped)
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 100 mL double cream
- 2 tsp. English mustard
