This was fairly easy to put together, & turned out pretty good. I wasn’t totally wow’d with the outcome, & it’s a pretty expensive cut of meat, so I probably won’t make again.

Excellent, its was medium medium rare flakey pastry, excellent flavors, and the meat was moose backstrap, much more difficult to cook without over cooking, meat retained moisture and sucked up the flavors! Easy recipe with great results.
