Sendai (my city) is known for the most delicious and juicy beef tounge in Japan. This is very simple to cook. Only grill it with salt & pepper.

- Slice a few shallow cuts on the meat to tenderize it when cooking.
- Grill the tongue
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper as much as you like. (If you put more black pepper, it will taste better.)
