- 1/4 cup pepper corns (coarsely-smashed)
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. shallots (dried or chopped fresh)
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (I used half and half due to a shopping delegation "incident." It worked out fine)
