    This was great. I actually used pork tenderloin tips and just cooked everything in the dutch oven on the stove for about 90 minutes. I added sliced onions to the mushrooms and garlic, and a splash of red cooking wine to the gravy/sauce. The meat was really tender, with great flavor.
