Delicious! I was looking for a tenderloin recipe that didn’t have a red wine sauce and this was perfect. The herb butter really took it next level. Rather than use the oven. I simply seared the steaks for about 5 min per side until internal temp reached about 135. They were perfectly cooked. I paired this with keto cauliflower mac’n cheese and steamed green beans.

I used margarine instead of butter. I left out the oil but still used the garlic but used more cloves and used dried italian seasoning. Was very tender and juicy. Would make again in a heartbeat.
