This was very good. I didn't have fresh jalapenos so I used a jar of sliced. These worked out ok but I'm sure fresh would have been better. I will definitely make this again. I'm thinking the next time I may make some sweet cornbread to serve alongside or place under the casserole. I served this with Mexican Corn that I found on this site.
