It was delicious. i used cream cheese instead if marina and chopped up 2 roma tomatoes in the pan let it simmer for about 20 minutes until it was soupy.

Quick and simple recipe. I used a marinara that had chunk tomatoes and mushroom and added a extra teaspoon of Italian seasoning.

This turned out pretty good. I changed it up a bit though, I didn’t have zucchini so I used squash instead. I also used my homemade spaghetti sauce instead of the marinara and added a dash of Cayanne pepper for an extra kick. I also put a half slice of munster cheese in each of the boats before adding the meat mixture and then topped them all off with white sharp cheddar cheese😊
