Delicious. The squash didn’t need to be cooked as long as it said in the recipe and next time I will butter, salt and pepper the squash before putting the meat mixture in. Definitely a keeper.

First time making this. Very tasty, will definitely be making it again. I added some diced sweet peppers to it, and sweet yellow onion instead of shallots.
