- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak (lean and trimmed, sliced into thin strips across the grain)
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 4 cups low sodium fat free beef broth
- 8 oz. uncooked egg noodles
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. tap water (cold)
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- fresh parsley (Diced, to taste)

This was a great recipe. I went rogue on the seasoning and didn’t measure plus I added a couple more seasonings because we like our seasoning in my household. The dish was absolutely delicious. It was super easy and I love a one pot meal.

Came out delicious. I was a little worried about it not having enough flavor from the comments so I marinated the meat in Worcestershire sauce and paprika salt and pepper. I added 2 cubes of beef bouillon and a cup of red wine during the simmering process then another table spoon of corn starch to thicken up the sauce.

We liked it! Easy to make... like the method of cooking the noodles in the sauce. Had to add a bit more seasoning.

Yummmmm-ly
It turned out utterly fantastic! I was really leery, I had my doubts about this recipe, but boy it came through. I was waiting to hear what hubby would have to say about it although he never did give me a comment, but then again he was too busy shoveling it into his face. Definitely going to keep this one pass it on to the kids.

Easy to make with simple ingredients. Could use a little something more for seasoning but not sure what.

a little bland. added extra salt and pepper after thr dish was done and that rrally popped out the flavor

First attempt at this recipe and it turned out very well. Ended up being a bit to salty for my liking so will need to adjust slightly for next time.

Amazing! I changed a few things to fit what I had at home because I could t get to the store, and it still turned out great! I make this at least once every two weeks!

My husband and I made this tonight and it was kinda disappointing. We followed the recipe added more noodles then it said to and the suce turned out very liquidy. We gave it extra time to thicken and it barely did. The flavour was awesome just next time we'll use less broth or more slurry.
