  • 1 pound wide egg noodles (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 10 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 ounces beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup onion (diced)

    So tasty! I just omitted the mushrooms because I don’t have that in my pantry. I also added 4 cloves of garlic.

    We’ve made this twice and it turned out great both times. The mushroom sauce was thick and creamy and there was plenty to cover my noodles with. My hubby complimented it several times during dinner.

    VERY tasty! Followed recipe exactly except I added about 1/4 up more beef broth. Husband and kids went back for 2nds. Definitely a keeper!

    It is very tasty!!! I used leftover blade roast so already had seasonings on it and realized I didn’t have mushroom soup so used cream of chicken. Like I said very tasty😍😍😍

    Turned out great. Added the sour cream and I added about 1/2 cup heavy cream just to make it a little richer. I used ribeye for my meat and everything was nice a tender

    This is my favorite beef stroganoff recipe! It’s easy and turns out great every time. I have made it 3 times, each time I have used a different cut of meat. This time I used Tri-tip and it came out super tender and flavorful!

    Very good recipe! Had left over prime rib roast and this was a perfect left over recipe! Used brown rice and added 1/4 cup red wine..

    It turned out great Instead of the sirloin steak I used a top round from an antelope. Wild game has very little fat so I added some cooking oil when I browned the meat and kept it medium rare. I may have used too many mushrooms but overall very good recipe.

    The meat was a little gummy otherwise the taste is ok. After cooking for another hour the meat is ok too

    Excellent recipe. I did add some red wine, and the flavor was wonderful! Was easy to make and the sauce was very tasty.

    Beef Stroganoff is a delicious treat on a cold winter's night. I made the rookie mistake of adding the sour cream at the same time as the mushroom soup and beef broth. I don't think it affected the taste, but it wasn't as thick as I expected. I will make this again and carefully follow the directions :)
