- 1 large carrots (thinly sliced at a diagonal)
- 2 cups snow peas (ends trimmed)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (paleo: use coconut aminos)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce (paleo: omit or make your own)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Very nice and flavoursome sauce. Added a chilli for added spice and extra hoisin sauce.
