- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. caster sugar
- 100 mL peanut oil
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. ginger (finely grated)
- 700 grams beef rump steak (or Scotch or sirloin, fat trimmed, thinly sliced)
- 2 bunches broccolini (about 400g in total, trimmed, stems cut in half crosswise)
- 200 grams shiitake mushrooms (stems trimmed, quartered)
