Turned out great. I doubled the sauce and added mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, peppers, and served with brown rice.

This recipe is such a great base to an authentic tasting beef stir fry I say base because you can add so much more to this recipe to switch it up which I did. I started out with rib eye steak instead of sirloin. I didn’t have oyster sauce so I used fish sauce and soy sauce in its place. I also added a little sprinkle of powdered chicken and beef broth to the marinating meat. For the veggies I used red and green bell peppers, then I chopped up Brussels sprouts, onions, and fresh garlic and added to the peppers. I followed the recipe as far as the order of cooking and it turned out absolutely delicious. I served with a side of rice.
