Absolutely awesome! TOTALLY GONNA MAKE AGAIN! I'm a mushroom luvin' girl so I put a few more shrooms in there. I used the white button ones 😀 Thanks for your recipe!

This is amazing! The only thing I changed was "Tuscan Herb" Olive oil I picked up at the Bodacious Olive and I always have these veggies on hand. Easily can cut in half, yet I could eat this all week.
