    super easy. made it in an Instant Pot on the 'stew' settinng for the reccomended amount of time. meat and veggies came out nice and tender. only thing i changed / would suggest, is adding a tablespoon and a half of beef flavor "better than boulion", or whatever kind of broth base that you prefer, to add extra flavor. otherwise, great basic recipe.
