- 1 onion (large, peeled & halved)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 500 grams beef (e.g. rump, topside, cubed into 1.5 cm pieces)
- 1 carrot (large, cubed into 1.5 cm pieces)
- 2 medium potatoes (cubed into 1.5 cm pieces,, no need to peel - can be substituted with sweet potato, peeled)
- 120 grams peanut butter
- 50 grams kecap manis
- 50 grams sweet chilli sauce (or more to taste)
- 155 grams coconut cream
- 155 grams water
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable stock
- 800 grams vegetables (choice, cut into about 1.5 cm pieces,, I use a mix of pumpkin, zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower)
