Directions
- Cut the meat into thin, 5 cm. wide squares.
- Fill a medium sized pot halfway with water, the coriander sprigs, 1/4 onion, salt, and the slices of meat. Make sure that the meat isn’t completely covered in water. Cook the meat for 30 minutes.
- Turn off the stove and let the meat cool. Once the meat is no longer hot, remove it from the pot and shred it. Save the water in the pan.
