  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 cups sliced potatoes (I leave the skin on for added nutrients)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onions (/cup)
  • seasoning (such as dried parsley, marjoram, etc.)
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup corn
  • 8 potatoes (sliced or chunked, again I leave the skin on for added nutrients)
  • 2 cups green beans (or asparagus)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sausage (or bacon. Can be raw, or pre-cooked)
