- beef roast (I typically choose something 1-2 pounds that’s eye of round, rump roast, etc.)
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 2 cups sliced potatoes (I leave the skin on for added nutrients)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onions (/cup)
- seasoning (such as dried parsley, marjoram, etc.)
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup corn
- 8 potatoes (sliced or chunked, again I leave the skin on for added nutrients)
- 2 cups green beans (or asparagus)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- (Optional, but delicious) 1/2 cup sausage or bacon. Can be raw, or pre-cooked (or bacon. Can be raw, or pre-cooked, optional)
- 2 cups milk (optional)
