I made this recipe recently. I was sold on the puffy tortillas. The tacos were okay. I followed the directions exactly to make my tortillas puffy. They barely even puffed up. Granted my local supermarket didnt sell the brand of corn tortillas the recipe calls for. Doubt i will try this recipe again. I bought name brand corn tortillas and i might as well have just drenched them in oil and fried them. Absolutely no air pockets in them.
