Amazing even my kids liked this so definitely a winner.

These felt a bit more effort than expected, but the are very flavoursome and on the demands of the family, I will make them again. I was surprised to find out how much filling I had. Mine ended up almost as meatballs on top of the bread. I am tempted to half the filling next time round. Mine also needed an extra 5 minutes, after being transferred to a new baking sheet (due to liquid in the pan). Not having all the spices available I used 1 tsp mixed spice, 1 tsp chilli powder and 1 tbl 'lime and pepper twist' by gourmet goodness.
