Needed hummus to bring out flavor. Might add more salt next time and some Za'atar.

Tastes great with yogurt as a dip. I made mine a bit too thick so it took forever to cook though.

Yummy! 2 tsp of dried parsley and coriander worked in place of fresh, a tbsp of onion powder instead of the onion, and 1/4 tsp each of clove, nutmeg, and extra cinnamon because I didn’t have all spice. Next time I’ll use half as much cayenne. Served with homemade tzatziki, chopped cucumber and tomato on warm naan (or pita).

My 8 year old daughter and I made this and she enjoyed rolling the mince, but not as much as eating it. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it was so easy! Will definitely be making this at least once a month.
