    It was good, but I used more salt than the directions said. So, it was too salty. My fault lol

    I don't think beef jerky is for me to make just enjoy lol! Easy to follow instructions, a little bland tried to improvise on seasoning and it didn't turn out well lol, good recipe for the cooking tho!
