    I added some smoked tri tip to the gravy during the last 7 mins of the cook time & it was excellent!!!

    This was very tasty. I was impressed at the depth of flavor from canned beef broth. I didn't have shallots so used onion powder. Cooking it down is a necessity. Yummy.
