I will admit that when I saw the amount to liquid in the pot, I doubled the amount of pasta. I ended up putting a lid on the pot halfway through cooking the pasta to keep some of the moisture in. Fortunately the dish was still delicious.

I made this for the first time today. I loved it. I'll definitely make it again.
