It tasted good but in my head it was going to look like the plate at my favorite Mexican restaurant. I need more practice.

It turned out great! Compliments from my wife are rare. I made it exactly by the instructions. I did not have onions but I did have, and used, fried onions I bought from a store. I had enough left over to make a lunch for work tomorrow. This is definitely a keeper and quite easy and simple to make. I did not peel the skin, since we eat a lot of various Poblano recipes. We are used to it. But have a sharp knife available. The Ziploc bag method is ingenious and will do this many more times. To easy. Thank you for sharing!
