I topped it with sliced ripe olives and chopped green onions, final cook in oven to heat then broil for 5 minuets to toast top.

I made this my family and co workers loved it I did both microwave for my co workers and put in the oven for my family I used both ground beef and fajita beef amazing:)

It awesome the only think that I may add is tortilla chips for some crunch but other than that it is amazing. Will make this again.

We like it. Second time I’ve made it. I doubled it this time. I bake it instead of microwaving. I think it makes it better.

this was surprisingly delicious! I used hard corn tortillas, left out the water and used enchilada sauce. I topped with salsa and Greek yogurt, even my picky boys loved it!

Delicious & easy. i topped it with chopped green onions & cilantro and served with Mexican rice! Will definitely make again
