This recipe was overall, pretty good. It definitely did not make as much empanadas as it said but it tasted good. Next time, I would recommend making 1.5 times the amount of dough for this recipe (I had leftover meat). Also, it was really good with the avocado dipping sauce I made. Anyways, enjoy!
