It was easy to make and became a family favorite. Just put it in the oven and forget about it for a couple hours. It was great.

It turned out great! Easy to make. Good flavor still even when I skipped thyme and marjoram. The whole family loved it including my in-laws!

I thought it was very good. My wife, who doesn’t like any condiments claimed she could taste the ketchup, especially in the sauce. May try it again but without the ketchup

Fantastic recipe really tender and moist. I cooked it in the oven. Will definitely make this again and again.

Awesome! Super easy and delicious I actually did it in my cast iron and covered in the oven w glass lid I only had a 2 lb meat so I only cooked for 2 hours in the oven it was still moist with incredible flavor

I really enjoyed this recipe, I made the mashed potatoes with it as suggested. I used a baking pan and covered it in tin foil since I don't have a dutch oven. I did overcook it a bit, so next time I'll be more conscious to cut down on the time if I have a smaller roast. I'll definitely be using this one again.
