This turned out delicious. I used round steak because that was what was on hand. The meat was very tender. I will make it again.

I made this for dinner about a week ago, and was blown away from how good it was. I was feeling like I was in heaven when I ate this. I used the chuck roast personally, but the other options are a good choice I am thinking. I would have to make it again to make sure the other options would be viable.
