    Was a little dry. Also, After all the time in the oven, there wasn’t much liquid in the pot.

    Hands down our family's favorite meal!!!! This is delicious exactly as the recipe says. I've always made roasts, but this beef brisket roast recipe is so amazing I only want this now YUMMY!
