Loved this. No idea what the authentic bobotie tastes like as heated about it from a friend, but this has it all. Next time I will cut the chutney in half as I prefer it not so sweet but had broccoli on the side this time to cut the sweetness and was delicious. Even better reheated next day with fresh crusty bread. Definitely making again.
