doesn't fail me. made it twice, amazing both times. added kale for more veggie health, but spinach would've been better. couldn't have tasted it but it's still good!

This was very good! I will make it again, however I would ease up on the barley so that it is more of a soup than stew. I tried 1/2 cup of barley & added 2 Tbsp of Worcestershire for more flavour. I also added a few potatoes cut up small & used some left over beef roast that I had.

Was awesome!! The flavors were perfect and it a nice hearty stew :)
