As a experiment I sliced the Top sirloin in 1/4" slices and used Turkey bacon. I also used 2 different seasons. I split my rolls, one section got Fiesta brand Fajita seasoning our usual, and the other got a McCormick brisket rub. i grilled them on my Weber gas for under 15 mins. Oh boy are these juicy tender and the flavor is fantastic! My next go around with these will be a thick cut bacon partially cooked and the 1/4" sliced beef. Saved some for next day lunch. Simply the best!
